| Job Description | Manage on-line product development and oversee team responsible for building and maintaining websites through the use of content management
Optimize websites for conversion, revenue and profitability Identify new on-line development and revenue opportunities Develop Ecommerce enhancement plans and optimize the on-line experience during the shopping process Drive initiatives for improving site traffic Work closely with marketing teams to understand strategy and objectives and work to develop plans to meet those Oversee team responsible for data gathering and database management for production of Directories both paper and on-line Participate across all business lines on strategy for driving on-line revenue opportunities Be adept at identifying customer requirements and developing creative solutions to deliver upon those needs Be primary point of contact with Corporate Technology group as we articulate requirements for a new platform and for tools that can further advance our goals |
| Qualifications | REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of Internet concepts, trends, and technologies including content management 5+ years Management Experience Experience managing outside vendors and technology project implementation On-line Retail and Ecommerce expertise a plus Excellent written and oral communications skills, including management level presentation skills Detail oriented and well organized with creative problem-solving skills Highly collaborative and comfortable working directly with marketing, sales and technology teams Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively |
