Who benefits from using this website, who is it for and why do this?

Here's an example. The employed and unemployed can participate. Maybe you have a dead end job, or no security or future, but your extremely talented and skilled. You can help out a startup and if it succeeds, maybe get a retirement stash for a little security, or maybe a better job. You do not have to work full time, just put in whatevertime you can. :)
