Angel Employees

After starting several companies over the last twenty some years, we continually had to address the issue of getting our startup development before our funding came in. This included recruiting company officers, advisors, and the everyday wonderful people that make it all happen, the engineers, office assistants, marketing, developers and programmers. We started to hire people as "Angel Employee" entrepreneurs.  They helped us with our development and in return they were compensated when we received our funding. We had many different arrangements, and no one really worked fulltime. They helped on their free time and we in turn compensated them with;

This has worked out so well over the years that we decided to share this with the startup and investment community.

Startups can announce themselves to the investment community and seek Angel Investors.
Angel Investors can find your company and come to you.
Startups can post angel employment positions and seek "sweat equity" employees.
Employees can seek out startups and become working entrepreneurs.
